The iPhone 16e is the phone people buy so they don't have to think about it, until the screen cracks. It has a single 48MP camera, a notch instead of the Dynamic Island, and USB-C. We fix it at our shop on West 35th Street near Penn Station, usually in under an hour, and we'll give you the price before we start. Booking an appointment gets you taken care of right away.
When your phone breaks, you don’t want it fixed tomorrow—you need it fixed today.

In the case where your electronics are non salvageable we do offer other services such as data recovery.
In the U.S. the 16e uses an eSIM only, so there is no tray to check. Restart the phone, toggle Airplane Mode, and make sure your carrier plan is active on the eSIM. If you still have no signal after a carrier check, bring it in and we’ll look at the antenna connections and the board.
No. The 16e doesn’t have MagSafe, so MagSafe magnets won’t grab it the way they do on other iPhones. If a normal USB-C cable doesn’t charge it either, that’s different, and the port or battery could be the cause. We’ll test it.
With a single rear camera there’s no backup lens when something goes wrong, so it’s easy to tell. Clean the lens and take the case off first. If photos are still soft or the camera app shows black, the camera module may have been knocked loose or damaged in a drop, and we’ll test it.
If the phone otherwise works, a screen, battery or charging port repair usually makes sense, and it keeps your data and your setup exactly as they are. Bring it in and we’ll tell you what’s wrong and what it takes to fix it before we do anything.
You can for a short while, but it isn’t a good idea. Cracks let in dust and moisture, they spread, and loose glass can cut your fingers. A hairline crack is a much easier repair than a screen whose touch layer has already failed, so call and book a time.
Turn it off, don’t charge it, and don’t put it in rice, because that rarely helps. Dry the outside and bring it in as soon as you can. The sooner we open it, the better the chance of saving the board and your data.
A weak signal makes any phone work harder, and that drains the battery fast. If you see good bars and the battery still falls quickly, or the phone shuts off with charge left, check Settings > Battery > Battery Health and bring it in. We’ll test the battery before replacing it.
